A large part of it is Sarfabad village and the plotted houses and builder floors that grew up around it, which is why rents here sit below the towers of Sector 75 and 76 and why so many people who work in the Sector 62 to 64 offices choose to live on this side. Our campus is in Sector 65, the same side of Noida, a straight run up Vikas Marg.

Sector 73 was never laid out as a single planned block. Sarfabad village sits inside it, the plotted houses and builder floors sit around the village, and the internal roads follow that older pattern rather than a grid. The practical effect is simple: the first leg of any journey out of Sector 73 is a short shared ride to a main road, not a walk to a station. Everything after that is straightforward, because our Sector 65 campus is on the same side of Noida.
Noida Sector 51, the terminus of the Aqua Line, is the closest station at roughly 2.2 km from the sector. That distance is why almost nobody walks it. Shared autos and e-rickshaws work the Sarfabad and Sector 73 stretch through the day and drop you at the station side.
Sector 51 and Sector 52 are two separate stations standing beside each other and joined by a walkway. You leave one and walk into the other. They are run by two different operators, so the two legs are ticketed separately. If you plan to travel this way daily, carry a card that works on both.
From Sector 52 the campus is four stops in the Noida Electronic City direction: Sector 61, then Sector 59, then Sector 62, then Noida Electronic City, which is the end of the line and the station for our Sector 65 campus.
Vikas Marg carries Sector 73 traffic towards Captain Shashi Kant Marg and Vishwakarma Road, and those run up into the Sector 62 to 64 office belt. There is no expressway leg and no river crossing in it, which is why riders from this pocket usually skip the metro entirely.
A Square Mall, Shivalik Hospital and the Sarfabad village crossing are the reference points drivers around Sector 73 recognise straight away. Naming one of them gets you picked up faster than a plot number will, because plot numbering here follows the village layout.
Sector 73 is a tenant sector more than an owner sector. Rents on the builder floors and in the smaller societies here, among them Sai Residency, East Avenue, Mahadev Apartments and Shubham Apartments, are lower than in the high rise sectors a few minutes south, so a lot of the people living here moved in for the rent and work somewhere else entirely. There is no IT tower inside the sector. The people who enrol from Sector 73 fall into three fairly clear groups.
This is the largest group from this sector. They live here because it is affordable and travel north for work every day anyway, so a course at the Sector 65 campus adds nothing to the journey they already make. Most of them are looking to move from a general role into a marketing one without giving up the salary while they train.
Families around Sarfabad and the plotted blocks send students out to colleges across Noida and Delhi. A degree on its own rarely opens a marketing interview, so this group comes in wanting live campaign work and a portfolio they can show, not another certificate.
The trade around Sarfabad, the sector market and A Square Mall is small owner business: rental brokers and property dealers, clinics, tuition centres, kirana and repair shops, caterers and banquet suppliers. Sector 73 has an unusually high share of rental and property brokerage compared with the planned sectors nearby, because so much of the housing here is let rather than owned. That trade lives on a Google Business Profile, local reviews and WhatsApp enquiries, which is a very different training need from a job seeker’s.
The syllabus is the same whichever sector you travel in from. It is taught on live accounts and real budgets rather than slides, and you can take the full programme or a single specialisation.

For the brokers, clinics and shop owners around Sarfabad and A Square Mall, the two modules that pay for themselves fastest are local SEO and Meta Ads. A rental listing or a clinic appointment is won inside a two kilometre radius, so being found by people already nearby matters far more than advertising to the whole country.
Sector 73 has very little marketing employment inside its own boundary, but it sits close to a lot of it. The Sector 62, 63 and 64 belt, with its IT and services offices, export units and the agencies between them, is the nearest real concentration of in house marketing and agency roles, and reaching it is the same short trip you would already be making to class. Because the trip stays on one side of Noida, both weekday options are realistic from here. Morning batches work for students and anyone between jobs. Evening batches work for people already travelling into the Sector 62 and 63 offices, since the campus is on the way home rather than a detour. The one thing worth planning around is the first and last leg through Sarfabad, where shared autos thin out late in the evening, so if you are returning after nine tell the advisor and take the earlier evening slot.
The question we hear most from this sector is about money rather than distance. People living here have usually chosen the sector to keep costs down, and paying a course fee when free tutorials exist is a fair thing to hesitate over. The straight answer is that tutorials teach you what the buttons do, and nobody pays for that. What you cannot get from a video is sitting with a mentor while a live campaign is losing money and being shown what to change and why. Which batch suits someone travelling in from Sector 73?
Weekday morning batches suit students and anyone between jobs. Weekday evening batches suit people already working in the Sector 62 and 63 offices, because the campus sits on the way home. If your return depends on a shared auto through Sarfabad, ask for the earlier evening slot.
Do I need a marketing background to join?
