Learning Or Earning both are a crucial part. To understand the difference, i.e, “Learning Or Earning” is must as peoples are running for earning, they are not focusing on learning. Learning is the first stage for goal-oriented. It is a fact about people that they confused about learning Or Earning. It can be explained by a simple and short example:- An individual is wanted to join a company and they are searching for a manager profile. So a person should specialize in the management field or he should have a proper knowledge about that field and graduated or mastered of the BBA or MBA which is must for that field. And specializing in any field will be done by learning only and after selecting and joining in that company, person should implement and execute their knowledge and give their efforts then only an individual earns or starts earning. So it’s the “Learning Or Earning” and learning or knowledge is must for earning.
There are two word learning Or earning. Nowadays, Peoples and students focusing on earning not in learning. How many students are going to colleges for knowledge or learning? Only Few!!! They only want more earning. An individual first learns then earns.
Learning is a powerful emotion of our heart. More than earning is named, fame and character. While after earning people got money or income. People thought that earning should be done by hook or crook, which is not good. They should first learn, then earn. It can be encouraged by motivation.
Learning is done for education purpose like schooling, colleges, or any training, etc., And Earning is needed for social purpose, livelihood and other basic needs. Its for goal oriented purpose and if an individual learns and reached their goal, then automatically an individual can earn.
It is a continuous process and individual’s growth as he lives. This growth signifies both physical and mental development of the learner. They grow through living and learning. Learning or knowledge is throughout with an individual and Consequently, if a person, leaves their job, then for somehow earning stops, but knowledge is still there with that person. And with that knowledge, an individual can start again or search his new job. As knowledge never stops or ends, but somehow earning can.
It enables individuals to adjust properly to new situations. Individuals learn through experiences and it implements to earning and from experiences only, an individual learns or got new knowledge, understanding skills and attitudes.
The fact is that in the course of pursuing earning a money, people forgotten learning in our lives.
Hence, it is a comparison of learning and earning i.e, “Leaning Vs Earning. It’s not that peoples should learn, learn and learn not earn. It’s that there should be a balance between learning and earning.
